WHAT YOU NEED:

Blackberries

2 sage leaves

Lemon juice

Simple Syrup

Green chartreuse

Elderflower liqueur

Gin

RECIPE:

Add a handle of blackberries to shaker

Add 2 sage leaves

Muddle

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz green chartreuse

1/4 oz elderflower liqueur

1 1/2 oz gin

Shake for 15-20 seconds

Strain into chilled coupe

Garnish with blackberries
